Message a compression test or leakdown test would confirm oil control rings or valve seals.

There are multiple conflicts results which is why I posted here. Compression tests came back acceptable. Leak down test proved there's leaking intake valves on cylinder six and possible bad compression rings on cylinder four due to a pcv hose allowing air to escape.

Pcv valves are indeed working so I assumed blow by isn't an issue.

I tried creating vacuum by accelerating to 5k+ and letting off so hopefully it'd pull oil down from the valve seals if they were faulty. Same goes for the oil control rings.

A compression test would essential test only the compression rings while a leak down test would seal the valve onto the seals and thereby cutting off pressure to the seals. Now it is possible since cylinder six didn't have fully seated valves and with the throttle let off (closing the plate) then oil is sucked down via the seals...but I just discounted that theory by the test I performed...that is there was no smoke.

These tests I've done were all suggested by reputable forum members from not just here but other forums as well.
